Tae Kwon Do - Our TKD program is designed for street application in real situations. We focus on speed, power, focus, and reaction time not on how "pretty" your kicks are. The self defense portion of this program is extensive. Adults Classes Mondays * Wednesdays * Fridays 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm Youth Classes Tuesdays & Thursdays - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Fridays - 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm Kickboxing & MMA - This is not your typical Tae Bo type cardio kickboxing class. This program is set up to accomodate our fighters as well as those just wanting a good work out. Training includes boxing drills, kicking drills (both above waist and leg kicks) knee drills, speed and foot work drills, and strength training. Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15 pm tp 1:30 pm 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Saturdays - 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Grappling & MMA Adults Classes Tuesdays * Thursdays - 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm Kajukenryu - Street combat system using a blend of karate, kenpo, ju-jitsu, judo, and kickboxing to effectively disarm and control any attacker even weaponed attacks. Perfect for police officers, security personnel or anyone that simply wants to walk with the confidence and skills that truly work in real life situations.
